Making my own natural laundry soap

I have been wanting to do this for awhile now so I finally grabbed the ingredients. It is mostly just measuring but I was kind of dreading the grating the soap but actually that was super easy and fast. I just used my kitchen cheese grater and will run it through the dishwasher to get it clean. I am going to make it and then scent it with some essential oil. I am very excited as I have been buying it for awhile this is going to be much more economical and rewarding. Here is where I got this particular recipe,  there are many others also, you can be sure to find one that fits you. One thing I want to maybe do at sometime is use a natural soap this time I grabbed good old ivory. Also I think I will add some fels naphtha for extra cleaning power.

I have been making this soap for over two years, and it is wonderful. You will never go back to store laundry soap.
