So I am mildly obsessed with these amazing little shelves. I have been collecting them now for a few years from second hand stores and been slowly bringing them into my home. The first one made it to our guest bathroom redo. It holds my little old bottle collection among a few vintage ceramics. I love this. Then one made it to my bedroom makeover above my desk/nightstand. This one I painted. It holds some original art from friends and some vintage perfume bottles including ones that my grandfather gave my grandmother from Paris when he was in the Navy. Lastly just a couple weeks ago one made it to our bathroom after I spring cleaned it and redecorated a bit. Again it is behind the toilet. A perfect addiction. On all of them I keep some French scented oil bottles and sticks. I love to include scents in my decorating, it makes everything prettier.

For years now, actually it may be over a decade. Wow, how time flies. I have been storing my makeup in a vintage suitcase on the bathroom counter. This was a special suitcase bought for me many years ago by one of my dear friends at an estate sale we were at. So I have been very happy with the set up and found little need to change it until recently. The suitcase has now moved on to hold my vintage gloves. Still highly valued. Recently I spring cleaned and revamped my bathroom and tried to move all none essentials out of site I decided it was time for a change. I built another up cycled plate tower and set to organizing my make up on it. I am really pleased with the result. What do you think?
